Legendre UK is making steady progress on the 46,000 sq ft office development at Parsons Green, built on behalf of W.RE. The team has recently installed temporary façade retention steelwork, enabling us to proceed safely with demolition. So far, approximately 50% of the existing structure has been removed, marking a key stage in the project. Additionally, sheet piling is now underway, allowing the relocation of the electrical substation—an essential step towards full demolition.
Designed by TateHindle architects, this office building will feature six floors of flexible workspace, including accessible roof terraces, with a strong focus on sustainability and an energy-efficient design featuring air source heat pumps and PV panels.
More than a construction project, this development aligns with our co-investment strategy, strengthening the partnership between the London office and W.RE to deliver top-tier office solutions to Southwest London.
