We are delighted to announce we have secured full planning consent for our Grove House project!

The five-storey building will be reinvented as a modern mixed-use development including 171 hotel rooms, 250 sqm of affordable office workspace, a 131-seat auditorium and approximately 1,000 sqm of ground-floor commercial space.

With its retrofit-first approach, this sustainable scheme places a strong emphasis on community use. The auditorium will be available to local residents and groups, while the affordable workspace will be prioritised for local businesses, supporting enterprise and local initiatives.
