Legendre UK is thrilled to be appointed by Clarion Housing Group as the main contractor for the Lemon Tree House redevelopment on Bow Road, Tower Hamlets.
This transformation will see the existing seven-storey building replaced by a modern, nine-storey development, delivering 58 new homes for social rent. The development will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with a strong focus on sustainability through the inclusion of communal air source heat pumps to boost energy efficiency.
