We’re pleased to share that Legendre UK has been appointed by Whitbread Property as main contractor for Phoenix House, a 180-bedroom hotel conversion in Vauxhall. The project will bring the currently vacant office building back into use as a Premier Inn.
By retaining and adapting much of the existing structure, the scheme will build on our experience delivering complex office-to-hotel conversions, including recent projects at Grove House in Hammersmith and Park Royal in north west London.
This is our first project with Whitbread and we’re looking forward to working closely with the whole project team, including Axiom Architects LLP, Simpson TWS and Applied Energy, to deliver Vauxhall’s very first Premier Inn.
