A major new milestone for Legendre UK in the City of London!
We are delighted to have been appointed by Original Works as the main contractor for 10 Salisbury Square, a landmark sustainable office redevelopment in the heart of London.
The six-storey building, which will become known as Oriel St Bride’s, will be upgraded to create 54,000 sq ft of high-quality office space, including two new office floors, best-in-class amenities, multiple roof terraces and a striking oriel window overlooking the Grade I-listed St Bride’s Church.
With sustainability at its core, the project will retain 90% of the existing structure and use low carbon construction techniques, all-electric MEP systems and on-site renewables. The scheme is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5 Stars.
