We are pleased to announce that Legendre UK has been appointed by Berkeley Estate Asset Management as Main Contractor for the comprehensive redevelopment of 50 Stratton Street in Mayfair.
The 135,000 sq ft GIA Grade A office scheme, designed by Stiff + Trevillion Architects, will deliver high-quality workspace in one of London’s most prestigious commercial locations, with generous 12,000 sq ft floor plates, high-end finishes and a range of communal and private terraces.
Targeting BREEAM Outstanding and LEED Gold certifications, the all-electric building will be delivered with a zero embodied carbon approach, using lightweight steel and introducing four new cross-laminated timber floors to support exemplary standards of sustainable construction.
