We are delighted to be part of this joint venture with LSL PROPERTIES LIMITED, Central & Provincial Properties, Candour Properties, Select Investment Group and Eastborough Partners, with designs by GRID Architects.
A key highlight of this project is the retention of the existing building, following an extensive Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessment, conducted in partnership with Circle Carbon Assessors. This commitment underscores our focus on sustainability and long-term value.
