Designed by TateHindle architects, and built on behalf of W.RE, this 46,000 sq ft office development will provide six floors of high-quality, flexible workspace designed to meet the expectations of modern occupiers, with a strong focus on sustainability.
In recent weeks, the project has reached a key milestone, with the structure now topped out, marking the completion of the building’s highest point.
The building is now really starting to take shape. The exterior façade is complete, the roof structure is being installed, and most of the windows are in place. Inside, all the main mechanical and electrical equipment has been delivered, allowing internal work to progress steadily.
Progress is also clearly visible inside the building, work is ongoing across all core areas, including stairwells and service spaces, as the building’s interior continues to take shape.
Meanwhile, the office floors are coming together, with drainage, ventilation, and electrical systems all underway, supporting the fit-out of modern, flexible workspaces.
Completion is scheduled for late 2026, stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project!
