Legendre is using a continental RC frame on the project, as well as self-compacting concrete. As part of its commitment to sustainability, it has opted to use low-carbon concrete and HVO fuel on the scheme. Sheepcote Road is a complex site and as such Legendre is managing pedestrian and vehicular right of way, the use of a shared access road and a live substation on site.

As a co-investor in the project, Legendre has shared the risk. Transparency and collaboration with the client have been key in the context of rising inflation.
