The project included Shell & Core and Category A works, including modifications to the building’s basement, improvements to the insultation of the existing roof, the provision of amenities for 144 bikes, showers and locker rooms and the delivery of a fully accessible terrace on the brand-new roof garden, offering breath-taking views of St. Paul’s Cathedral.

Thanks to close collaboration with the project partners and the implementation of all necessary health and safety measures, work on the LDN:W Tower continued throughout the pandemic.

 LDN:W Tower achieved  BREEAM accreditation as well as Fitwell and WiredScore accreditations, highlighting our commitment to delivering sustainable and high-quality commercial properties in London.
