Legendre UK appoints Pierre Pellerin as Operations Director.

Construction and real estate firm Legendre UK has announced the appointment of Pierre Pellerin as its new Operations Director.

Pellerin’s appointment follows Groupe Legendre’s expansion into the UK construction market in 2015 and a strong period of growth over the last 18 months. The focus of Pellerin’s new role will be to manage all the construction sites in the UK, and act as the main point of contact between production teams, Legendre UK senior management, and the firm’s clients across all sites. Pellerin will support Thomas Vandecasteele, Managing Director at Legendre UK, with existing schemes, ensuring these are properly managed and delivered on time. Pellerin’s role will enable Legendre UK to grow annual revenues for the construction arm of the firm, as well as its real estate and investment branches.

To his role as Operations Director, Pellerin brings over 15 years’ experience of managing complex projects across the UK, North America, and France. Pellerin’s expertise spans across the production, preconstruction, operations, and procurement process. Prior to joining Legendre UK, Pellerin worked at a large multinational Tier 1 UK contractor for 10 years where he covered multiple roles including Project Director and Preconstruction Lead.

Legendre UK is currently working on the refurbishment and extension of Shorts Gardens and the delivery of two Pocket Living sites in London, and the co-investment and construction of Horizon St Helier Harbour, Jersey.
