In the heart of Mayfair, London, Legendre UK has been appointed by Berkeley Estate Asset Management as main contractor for the redevelopment of 50 Stratton Street, a premium Grade A office scheme delivered in collaboration with architects Stiff + Trevillion.
The project will transform the existing building into approximately 135,000 sq ft of high-quality office space, featuring large, flexible floorplates of around 12,000 sq ft, alongside a mix of communal and private terraces. The scheme is designed to create a modern workplace destination combining high-end design, functionality and strong occupier amenities in a prime central London location.
Sustainability is central to the redevelopment, with the building targeting BREEAM Outstanding and LEED Gold certifications. It will be fully all-electric and designed with a zero embodied carbon approach, incorporating lightweight steel and cross-laminated timber floors, alongside upgraded façades to improve both performance and aesthetics.
Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2026, with completion expected in mid-2028.
