In the heart of Parsons Green, south-west London, Legendre UK is delivering a new office building at 14–16 Peterborough Road, on behalf of W.RE.
This six-storey development will offer around 46,000 sq ft of modern and flexible workspace, featuring landscaped terraces and generous natural light throughout.
Designed by Tate Hindle Architects, the building aims for BREEAM Excellent certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and occupant wellbeing.
Equipped with air-source heat pumps, solar panels and a fabric-first energy strategy, the scheme will provide a low-carbon, high-performance environment tailored to today’s working needs. Completion is scheduled for 2026.
