Legendre UK is developing the former Diageo headquarters in Park Royal, London, into a hotel scheme. The project converts the six‑storey office building into approximately 429 guest rooms, with amenity spaces including a gym, co‑working areas, cafés and lounges accessible to both hotel guests and the local community.
The scheme follows a sustainable retrofit approach, retaining the existing structure to reduce embodied carbon and improve environmental performance. Modern design and technical solutions have been applied to adapt the building for its new use while maintaining structural integrity and flexibility.
Located in a regenerating area of Park Royal, the project demonstrates urban reuse, turning a former office into a vibrant, multi-functional destination. Legendre UK’s end-to-end oversight ensures high-quality delivery while realising the full potential of the existing asset.
