Legendre UK was appointed by Pocket Living to deliver The Heights, a 48-home residential development in Charlton, South East London. This is the third project delivered by Legendre for Pocket Living, following Forest Road and Sheepcote Road.
Legendre UK took over the site from a previous contractor and completed the works designed by Gibson Thornley Architects.
This scheme provides affordable homes for first-time buyers, including wheelchair-adaptable units. The development also features communal outdoor areas, private terraces in selected apartments, and secure cycle storage for residents.
