On Wednesday, 5th March, the Jersey team took a break from the office to roll up their sleeves for a team-building day with purpose. Teaming up with the Natural Environment team from the Government of Jersey, the group headed to Trinity Woods, a protected site in the north of the island, to help maintain and enhance the local biodiversity.

Armed with tools and plenty of enthusiasm, volunteers:
✅ Managed invasive willows to support woodland health
✅ Built natural hedges to create habitats for birds, lizards, insects, and toads
✅ Planted an incredible 480 trees—exceeding our expectations!

Not only was it a fantastic way to strengthen the team spirit, but it was also a rewarding experience to make a tangible difference to Jersey’s environment. With sunshine overhead, conditions were perfect for a productive day outdoors! ☀️

A huge thank you to everyone involved—taking action for sustainability benefits both the community and nature. 🌱
